Remember when you would wake up in the morning and can smell the peppermint tea brewing to drink along side your egg sandwich for breakfast. Mummy yelling “come drink yuh tea!” you knew it was time to get up and get the day started.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212 F) over 1 tsp of tea. Steep 3-4 mins.
WARNING: Use caution in persons with gastroesophageal reflux or with hiatal hernia, as peppermint may decrease esophageal sphincter pressure. Use with caution in persons with gastrointestinal ulcers or significant gastrointestinal inflammation.
